Gonato defines art, as he grew up and molded his imaginative mind to create and appreciate awesome artworks throughout his life. Richard is a Filipino artist who was born on the 6 th of May 1988. During his early childhood years, Richard was a keen observer in everything surrounds him. When he started schooling, he gradually learned to draw basic objects seen on alphabet chart. Growing up, art became his passion and life. He became an active participant to various art competitions and now, it is his profession in exploring much more interesting subjects to paint.
For everyone who loves art, motivate yourself to practice more. Be optimistic and strive hard to achieve your goals. Now, Richard is a member of the group GAMA (Grupo ng mga Aktibong Mindanawon Artists), who is actively showcasing his remarkable creations to inspire everybody.

Description:

This is a Pop Art representing the icons of Davao with a twist. It can be seen here in the painting the Mount Apo on far behind, a pop art of Philippine eagle, waling-waling flower and the Ubo tribe, a Manobo sub-tribe who reside more in isolated mountains of Southwest Cotabato. Moreover, the most popular fruit seen only here in Davao is the realism art of a ripe Durian, which is known for the Kings of fruits. It has sharp rind and very stinky but very delicious to taste.
