Mindanao is the country’s second-largest and second most populous island in the Philippines, after Luzon, in the southern part of the archipelago, and seventh-most populous island in the world.
Mindanao is known as the Land of promise because of its rich biodiversity and natural resources. The land holds an incredible wealth from nature, but also has dark moments of truth.
As I observe, Mindanao also is one of the bravest Island, no matter what the challenge in life, the people of Mindanao can face and withstand everything.
The painting depicts every culture and traditions in Mindanao. People are dancing, showing who they are in terms of their culture and traditions.
