ARTIST STATEMENT

What would you do if you could travel back in time? “is frequently interchangeable with the question “What do you desire you could alter about the past? ”. However, time travel is a rich field, and some of its most fascinating tales don’t involve altering the past; rather, they involve examining it in order to learn more about who we are and our past. Characters’ decisions carry more weight in a time travel tale since the “path not taken” can really be explored on-screen or on paper. The wish fulfillment fantasy of changing the past becomes a reality when time travelers come face to face with their regrets. Characters are compelled to confront their pasts rather literally as a result of the process of conquering these regrets, which also takes center stage. A person from the past and a person from the future are depicted in the painting connecting through music. The person from the past is transmitting information about their past lives to the person from the future. The person from the future regrets what they did to their world. Their world was altered, becoming unhealthy and uninhabitable.
