Artist Statement

While painting this abstract watercolor and with the theme of Interconnectedness in mind, a song or a single phrase kept playing and playing in my mind… “every color, every race”, but couldn’t continue the song and didn’t know who sang it. My thought then was, “irregardless of color, race, size and shape, we are one human race”.

So when I was finally done with the painting, I researched that phrase and it goes “every color and every hue, is represented by me and you” and sang by no other than Francis M with the title Kaleidoscope World. Hence, the title of my artwork.
